1. Introduction
Mzansi Summer provides curated travel and tour experiences in South Africa for U.S. travelers. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
We offer travel packages for groups of 1 to 20 travelers. All services, pricing, itineraries, availability, and inclusions are subject to change based on seasonal conditions, supplier availability, and currency fluctuations.
3. Booking & Payments
Payments are processed securely via Authorize.net. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed deposit-based payment. Additional supplier terms may apply.
4. Liability, Travel Risk & Force Majeure
Travel carries inherent risk. Mzansi Summer is not liable for damages, losses, injury, delays, or incidents outside of direct operational negligence.
Force Majeure: Mzansi Summer is not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, load shedding, war, terrorism, or any event making performance commercially impracticable. We may modify, suspend, or cancel itineraries without liability and will use reasonable efforts to offer alternatives.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary per trip. Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to administrative or supplier deductions.
6. Jurisdiction & Arbitration
All disputes are governed by South African law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be settled through binding arbitration seated in South Africa.
7. Changes to Terms
Mzansi Summer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting.
