If you prefer something predesigned, you can also book one of our curated travel packages directly through the website.
What types of services do you offer?
Mzansi Summer is a luxury travel concierge. We arrange curated stays, private drivers, in-home hospitality, bespoke experiences, and complete itinerary design — all managed through our team in South Africa and the United States.
Can I customize my itinerary?
Every journey is fully tailored. You can adjust the pace, preferences, and inclusions at any point before travel. Your concierge will refine the details with you directly.
Do you handle accomodations & transport?
Yes. We secure accommodations, transfers, and private drivers on your behalf. Whether you prefer a villa, boutique stay, or coastal retreat, every arrangement is confirmed before you arrive.
Who will I be in contact with during my stay?
You’ll have a dedicated concierge who manages your itinerary and remains available throughout your time in South Africa for any adjustments or requests.
What if I need to make changes once I'm there?
Your concierge can update your plans at any time — whether it’s extending a stay, adding an experience, or changing reservations. Everything is handled directly for you.
Do you assist with group bookings?
Yes. Our team regularly designs group experiences for clients traveling together.
Do you require deposits or advance payments?
A deposit is required to confirm your itinerary, with the remaining balance due prior to travel. Your concierge will provide a detailed breakdown during planning.
Do you offer travel insurance?
While we don’t provide insurance directly, we can connect you with trusted partners should you wish to include coverage for your trip.
How far in advance should I book?
For high season (November through January), we recommend confirming at least 8–12 weeks in advance to secure preferred accommodations and experiences.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Yes — from wellness practitioners to security or childcare, our team can arrange additional services upon request.
Do you work with international travelers only?
No. We assist both local and international clients looking for premium, curated experiences within South Africa.
Do you plan beyond South Africa?
Currently, our focus is within South Africa, with extensions to neighboring regions available upon request.
